In Uttar Pradesh, the BJP is locked in a tight race with the Samajwadi Party (SP), with the oposición INDIA bloc alliance also making significant gains. Prominent leaders like Narendra Modi, Rajnath Singh, Akhilesh Yadav, and Rahul Gandhi have established early leads in their respective constituencies. In other states, the BJP leads in Rajasthan, while the Congress is ahead in Haryana. In Bihar, the BJP-led alliance maintains a strong position against the RJD-Congress-Left alliance.
