Deep Purple have revealed details of their upcoming studio album, ‘=1′, set for release on July 19 via earMUSIC. The album marks the rock legends’ first full-length release of original material since 2020’s ‘Whoosh!’ and their first collaboration with legendary producer Bob Ezrin since 2013’s ‘Now What?!’. The title ‘=1’ symbolizes the idea that in an increasingly complex world, everything simplifies down to a single, unified essence. The band will release the lead single from the album on April 30 and have announced a UK arena tour called the ‘One More Time’ tour, taking place in November.
