Naz Reid Wins 2024 NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award

Naz Reid of the Minnesota Timberwolves has been named the 2024 NBA Sixth Man of the Year, becoming the first player in franchise history to win the award. Reid beat out Malik Monk of the Sacramento Kings and Bobby Portis of the Milwaukee Bucks for the honor. The Timberwolves’ big man averaged 13.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game during the regular season, while shooting 47.7% from the field and 41.4% from beyond the arc. Reid’s consistent performance off the bench was a key factor in the Timberwolves’ success this season, as they finished with the No. 3 seed in the Western Conference.
