Indian travelers prioritize flight bookings and event tickets in advance, while leaving other arrangements flexible. Flight bookings take precedence for 61%, with event tickets secured by 37% early on. Accommodations are often booked alongside car rentals and dining reservations, while 13% to 33% wait until closer to departure to arrange these services. Culinary preferences play a role, with 40% willing to pay more for a satisfying breakfast spread and 54% seeking unique food experiences. Over half (58%) secure train tickets before accommodation, ensuring a seamless journey. This study offers insights into the evolving travel planning behaviors of Indians, aiding the industry in tailoring offerings to their preferences.
