America First Legal (AFL) has filed a lawsuit against Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office, seeking records of any communication related to the prosecution of former President Trump. The lawsuit alleges potential coordination between Bragg’s office and the Biden-Harris campaign, the Democratic National Convention, and other groups, including Color of Change, a far-left organization. AFL is also seeking records related to Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter’s political consulting firm, Authentic Campaigns, raising concerns about potential conflicts of interest.
