A four-year-old child was seriously injured on Monday afternoon after running into the side of a moving trailer in Brandon, Manitoba. The incident occurred just before 3:30 p.m. on Victoria Avenue, and police say the child ran from a parking lot into the path of the trailer, which was being towed by a half-tonne truck.
