Qatar Executive Expands Fleet with Two Gulfstream G700 Aircraft

Qatar Executive (QE), the business jet division of Qatar Airways Group, has announced the addition of two Gulfstream G700 aircraft to its fleet, establishing itself as the exclusive global commercial operator of this model. The G700 sets a new standard for private air travel, combining exceptional design, cutting-edge technology, and unmatched comfort and style. QE’s G700s will feature a generously sized cabin with four distinct living areas and a private bedroom at the back with a fixed bed. The cabin interiors are custom-designed to the high expectations of QE’s clientele, enhancing passenger comfort with innovative lighting, the lowest cabin altitude pressure in the industry, and ample natural light from 20 windows.

Gulfstream G700 Receives EASA Certification after FAA Approval

Gulfstream Aerospace, a subsidiary of General Dynamics, has announced that the G700 aircraft has received type certification from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), following its certification by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in March 2024. The G700 boasts the largest cabin in business aviation, with a range of up to 7,750 nautical miles and a top speed of Mach 0.935, making it the fastest aircraft in the Gulfstream lineup. Its certification unlocks deliveries for international customers, expanding the next-generation fleet of G700 aircraft worldwide.
