Regina Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a third individual connected to the murder of a 22-year-old man on May 12th. A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Reshaun Norman Cote, 22, who is described as a male, approximately six feet tall, with a medium build, short brown hair, brown eyes, and angel wing tattoos on both sides of his neck. Authorities caution that Cote is believed to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached. This development follows the arrests earlier this week of a 17-year-old youth and a 24-year-old man in connection with Regina’s first homicide of 2024. The victim, Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr, succumbed to his injuries after being shot at a residence on Sherwood Drive. Isaiah James Dustyhorn, 24, has been charged with second-degree murder, while the unnamed youth faces charges of second-degree murder and failure to comply.
