It encompasses initiatives such as enhancing fuel efficiency, reducing aircraft weight, and expanding the Certified Sustainable Hotels collection. Jet2 has made significant progress since 2021, including investments in SAF and the replacement of single-use plastics. The strategy emphasizes the importance of government support in accelerating aviation decarbonization through investments in SAF, air traffic management reforms, and electrical infrastructure upgrades.
