Lynne Lacroix, General Manager of Saskatoon’s Community Services Division, Retires After 42 Years

After more than four decades of service, General Manager of the Community Services Division, Lynne Lacroix, will retire this summer. She reflects on her experiences, accomplishments, and plans for the future. Lacroix witnessed significant changes in the City of Saskatoon during her tenure, including the pace of change, community engagement, and expansion of the City’s functions. She expresses gratitude for the opportunities and support she received throughout her career, which included positions such as lifeguard and roles in the Shaw Centre joint high schools project, Accessibility Action Plan, and Immigration Action Plan. In retirement, Lacroix looks forward to pursuing hobbies like golf, spending time with loved ones, and engaging in lifelong learning
