The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the results of the Class 12th Board exams held in 2024. With a pass percentage of 87.98%, the overall performance of students has shown a marginal improvement compared to 2023. The results are available on the official website of the CBSE, cbseresults.nic.in, and students who appeared for the exams can access their results using their roll numbers. The pass percentage has witnessed a rise of 0.65% from the previous year, with 1,450,174 students passing all subjects out of the 1,630,730 who registered for the exams. The number of schools participating in the exams has also increased to 18,417 in 2024 from 16,728 in 2023. The gender-wise analysis reveals that both girls and boys have improved their pass percentages, with girls continuing to outperform boys. The Central Tibetan Schools Administration (CTSA), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNV), and Kendriya Vidyalayas (KV) have emerged as the top-performing institutions, showcasing their dedication to academic excellence.
