Delhi Govt Schools Shine in CBSE Class 12 Exams with 96.99% Result

Delhi government schools have yet again showcased their excellence, achieving a remarkable 96.99% pass percentage in the CBSE Class 12 board exams. This year’s result not only surpasses their own previous performance but also exceeds the CBSE national average. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal congratulated the students, teachers, parents, and the entire Education Department for this outstanding accomplishment. Notably, the 2023-24 performance marks a significant improvement over the 91.59% pass percentage recorded in the previous year. The Delhi government schools’ results also outperformed the CBSE national average of 87.98% in this year’s CBSE class 12 exams.

CBSE Class 12 Results: Pune and All India Witness Surge in Pass Percentage

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results of its Class 12 examinations on Monday, showcasing an upward trend in pass percentages. Pune region, established in 2020, recorded an impressive pass percentage of 89.78%, while the All India pass percentage rose to 87.98% from 87.33% in the previous year. Notably, Maharashtra excelled in the ISC examinations, securing a pass percentage of 99.71%, significantly higher than the national pass percentage of 98.29%. The results for the Maharashtra state Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) are still pending.

CBSE Class 12 Results 2024: Over 87% Pass the Exams, Girls Outshine Boys

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the results for Class 12 students, with an impressive 87.98% of students clearing the exams. The pass percentage has increased by 0.65% since last year, marking a positive trend. Girls outperformed boys by a significant margin of 6.40%, with over 91% of girls passing the exam compared to 85.12% of boys. Trivandrum emerged as the top-performing region with an exceptional pass percentage of 99.91%, followed by Vijaywada at 99.04%.

CBSE Board Results 2024: CBSE 10th, 12th Results Likely After May 20

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will likely announce the results for Class 10 and Class 12 examinations after May 20, 2024, according to the official website cbseresults.nic.in. To discourage unhealthy competition among students, CBSE has opted not to publish any merit lists. Students can check their results on the official CBSE website, cbseresults.nic.in, using their login credentials. Results will also be available through the Digilocker app, UMANG app, and SMS facility.
