AM Green, a global energy transition solutions provider, has acquired Chempolis Oy and Fortum 3 B.V. to accelerate its vision of developing a global bio-refinery platform. AM Green plans to invest $1 billion over the next three years to produce over 0.5 million metric tons per annum (MTPA) of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), significantly contributing to global airline decarbonization.
