Medline, a leading healthcare supply chain company, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Vornado Realty Trust to expand its presence at THE MART in downtown Chicago. This expansion will make Medline one of the largest tenants at the property, highlighting the continued demand for high-quality office space in the city.
Star Wars creator George Lucas and his wife, Mellody Hobson, have combined their two existing condos in the Park Tower building in Streeterville, Chicago, to create a 16,000-square-foot duplex penthouse. The combined cost of the two units and construction is $33.5 million, making it the highest-priced finished condo in Chicago history. Lucas and Hobson’s new condo will have two interior staircases, new electrical and mechanical work, and was designed by architect Scott Fortman of Gibbons, Fortman & Associates.
