Indian courts are undergoing a significant transformation, moving away from traditional authoritarian structures towards becoming more democratic and inclusive spaces for discourse, according to Chief Justice of India (CJI) D.Y. Chandrachud. At the J20 summit in Brazil, CJI Chandrachud emphasized the strides made by Indian courts in utilizing technology to enhance justice delivery, including the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools for translating judgments into 16 regional languages.
