Two suburban properties in Clarence and Elma have recently changed hands, each fetching a price of $1.2 million. In Clarence, a 44-unit mobile home complex known as Sheridan Park Village sold to Clarence MHP LLC investment group. The complex, located at 4570 Thompson Rd., was first built in 1950 and is one of the oldest of its kind in Erie County. In Elma, a multi-tenant commercial property at 3211 Transit Rd. was purchased by Mabrouk LLC from 3211 Transit Rd. Inc. This 21,845-square-foot building was constructed in 1979 and had been vacant when 3211 Transit Rd. Inc. bought it in 2003.
