CBSE Class 10 Marks Verification Window Closes Today, Apply by 11:59 PM

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will close the registration window for Class 10 students to apply for marks verification today, May 24, 2024, at cbse.gov.in. Students who are not satisfied with their marks in the Class 10 Board results can register for marks verification of their answer sheets by 11:59 p.m. In addition to marks verification, students can also apply for photocopies of answer sheets and re-evaluation. The fee for mark’s verification is 500 per subject. Changes in scores, even a single mark decrease, will affect the results, and students will need to surrender their mark sheets and obtain new ones. This year, the CBSE Class 10 exams were held from February 15 to March 13 across 26 countries globally. Over 39 lakh students registered for the Class 10th board exams, with an overall pass percentage of 93.60%. The girls recorded a pass percentage of 94.75%, while the boys’ pass percentage was 92.71%. Supplementary exams for classes 10 and 12 will be conducted from July 15.

HBSE Re-appear Exam July 2024 Schedule Released: Apply for Haryana Board Compartment Exam Now

The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has released the schedule for the HBSE Re-appear Exam July 2024. Students who failed or wish to improve their scores in the HBSE Class 10 or 12 exams can apply for the compartment exam. The last date to apply without a late fee is May 26, 2024. Candidates can apply online through the official website of the Board at bseh.org.in. The application fee for the compartment exam is 900 rupees without late fees.

CBSE Gives Nod to Basic Maths Students for Std XI Standard Maths

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that students who opted for Basic Mathematics in Class 10 during the 2023-24 academic year can still pursue Standard Mathematics in Class 11 for the 2024-25 academic year. This decision was made after considering the changes proposed under the National Education Policy (NEP). However, schools are advised to ensure that students have the aptitude and ability to handle the rigors of Standard Mathematics.
