Grand Valley State baseball made history on Saturday as Sam Leck threw the eighth complete game no-hitter in program history. The Sturgis native struck out five and walked three in a 5-1 win over Wayne State.

Umlandt’s dominance on the mound halted a San Francisco rally in the first inning and prevented any additional hits until the seventh. Oregon’s offense, led by Carter Garate’s two-run single and home run, provided ample support for Umlandt.
