Cowboys Eye Offensive Lineman in 2024 Draft to Bolster Unit

As the 2024 NFL Draft nears, the Dallas Cowboys are targeting an offensive lineman to fill the void left by their recent free agency losses. With nine or ten offensive linemen potentially available in the first round, the Cowboys may select a player at the 24th overall pick. Incumbent left guard Connor McGovern, who played left tackle in college, could potentially move back to left tackle, but the Cowboys’ decision will depend on the quality of offensive tackles available. With only two first-round trades since 2010, the Cowboys could consider trading down to acquire additional picks or stay at the 24th pick to secure a top talent.
