CRED Accused of Cancelling ₹ 3.25 Lakh Jackpot, Offering ₹ 1,000 Instead

A user who won a CRED Friday jackpot worth ₹ 3.25 lakh claims the company canceled the win, citing a ‘technical issue’, and offered him a measly ₹ 1,000 instead. The user, Aviral Sangal, alleges that CRED canceled the jackpot, which 200 people won, instead of fixing the bug and honoring the winners. He has demanded public acknowledgment and a resolution to the issue, threatening legal action if CRED fails to comply.

Parsvnath Developers CEO Apprehended at Delhi Airport After 60km Pursuit

Sanjeev Jain, the CEO and managing director of Parsvnath Developers, was arrested at Indira Gandhi International Airport after a 60-kilometer pursuit by Delhi Police. Jain had evaded capture earlier when police arrived at his residence on August 3. The arrest stemmed from multiple non-bailable warrants issued by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission due to his failure to appear before the commission regarding a consumer complaint filed in 2017.
