NASA’s ‘Rescue’ Mission to ISS: Hague and Gorbunov Set to Depart Next Week

NASA astronauts Nick Hague and Aleksandr Gorbunov will embark on a crucial ‘rescue’ mission to the International Space Station (ISS) next week. The duo will join Expedition 72 and replace Expedition 71 crew members, including Butch Wilmore and Sunita Williams, who will finally return to Earth in February 2025. This mission marks the ninth crew rotation for SpaceX under NASA’s Commercial Crew Program.
