European Metals Holdings Ltd. has chosen a new site for its Cinovec lithium processing plant in the Czech Republic. The former Prunéřov 1 power station site, owned and operated by CEZ, was selected after evaluation and discussions with municipal and regional governments. The new site is larger than the previous one and is expected to enable a more effective and less costly layout, as well as faster construction. The company expects the move to benefit the project’s capital and operating costs and is incorporating the reductions into its definitive feasibility study.
