A Carnival Cruise ship came to the aid of 27 Cuban migrants adrift on a rickety wooden boat in the waters between Florida and Cuba. The ship, Carnival Paradise, was headed for Roatan, Honduras, when it spotted the migrants and diverted its course to rescue them. All 27 migrants were taken aboard the ship and provided with food and medical attention.
