A stray dog attacked and injured over 25 people, including seven children, in two villages in Tamil Nadu. The dog went on a rampage during a temple festival, biting devotees and residents before fleeing the scene. Authorities are currently searching for the dog.
PMK president Anbumani Ramadoss has condemned the excessive police mobilization by the Tamil Nadu government in anticipation of protests against the construction of the Vallalar International Centre in Peruveli, Cuddalore district.
