Father Finds Closure After 24 Years: Remains of Missing Daughter and Mother Discovered

After two decades of anguish, a West Virginia father has finally received closure in the disappearance of his 10-year-old daughter and her mother. On Monday, state police and the FBI uncovered the remains of Susan Carter and her daughter Natasha “Alex” Carter at the home of Larry Webb, who died while in detention that same day. Webb confessed on his deathbed to killing the mother and daughter during a heated custody dispute in 2000. He buried their bodies in shallow graves in his backyard, where they remained undiscovered for over two decades. The family’s ordeal serves as a reminder to never give up hope in cases involving missing loved ones.
