The D33 agenda also prioritizes the integration of new generations into the private sector, fostering diversity and a skilled workforce. Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan outlines a roadmap for sustainable development over the next two decades, including the allocation of 60% of its total area to nature reserves and rural natural areas by 2040.
