EgyptAir to Expand Cairo-New Delhi Service to Daily Flights

EgyptAir, Egypt’s national carrier, will increase its Cairo-New Delhi service to daily flights, up from the current four flights per week. The expansion follows the successful launch of the route last August and reflects the growing Egyptian-Indian relations. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Egypt last year played a significant role in this expansion. EgyptAir currently operates the Cairo-Delhi route with state-of-the-art Airbus A320neo aircraft. The airline’s fleet also includes Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, which are known for their fuel efficiency and reduced emissions. The expansion aligns with the Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation’s directives to enhance Egypt’s connectivity with the world through Cairo’s hub.
