David Hughes has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of East West Railway Co., the promoter of the Oxford to Cambridge railway project. Hughes, who previously held the position of Major Programmes Director at Arup, will assume his new role on June 3, 2024. He succeeds Beth West, who announced her departure in April.
