Maliwal has claimed to have been assaulted by Bibhav Kumar, Kejriwal’s personal assistant, on that night. The footage, which has not been independently verified, appears to show Maliwal engaged in a heated exchange with the staff, requesting to speak to police officials. Following the incident, an FIR was filed against Kumar, and Maliwal expressed hope that appropriate action will be taken.

Advocate Rishikesh Kumar provided updates on the judicial remand of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, noting that it had been extended to May 7. He also mentioned that the Supreme Court had facilitated the provision of insulin to Kejriwal in jail after consulting with AIIMS doctors. Additionally, Kumar announced that the hearing regarding the challenge to Kejriwal’s arrest would take place in the Supreme Court on April 29, expressing optimism about the CM’s potential release.
