A raging inferno swept through a car accessories factory in Delhi’s Mundka industrial area on Saturday, prompting a swift response from firefighters. The blaze, whose cause remains unknown, erupted at approximately 4:30 PM and quickly engulfed the factory located near Metro Pillar No. 610. Fire officials deployed 26 fire tenders to the scene, assisted by robots in their efforts to contain the flames.

CUET UG 2024: Admit Card Released for Delhi and Silchar Centers

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for the rescheduled CUET UG 2024 exam for Delhi and Silchar centers. The CUET UG 2024 May 15 exam for Delhi center and May 24 exam for Silchar candidates have been rescheduled to May 29, 2024. Candidates can download the admit card by visiting the NTA website. The admit card contains the applicant’s name, roll number, date of birth, registration number, examination city and center, and the subjects with their respective codes.

Delhi Liquor Ban: Excise Department Orders Closure of Stores Ahead of Phase 6 Lok Sabha Elections

The Excise Department has issued a notification mandating the closure of all liquor stores and licensed premises in the National Capital Region (NCR) ahead of Phase 6 polling for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 in Delhi on May 25. The ban on liquor sales will be in effect from 6:00 pm on May 23 to 6:00 pm on May 25, covering Delhi, Haryana’s Faridabad, and Gurgaon. The restrictions aim to ensure free and fair voting in the elections, as per the orders of the Election Commission of India (ECI). Additionally, liquor will not be sold on June 4, the vote-counting day.
