Bungie and NetEase Games have announced Destiny: Rising, a new mobile spin-off set in a pre-Destiny timeline. This free-to-play RPG shooter will offer PvE and PvP content, including a campaign, co-op strikes, raids, and a unique PvP mode. The game will be available on iOS and Android and is set to enter its first closed alpha test this November.
