Throwflame, a US-based company, has unveiled its latest product, the Thermonator, a fire-spewing robot dog that can be purchased for $9,420. Equipped with an ARC flamethrower, the Thermonator can launch fiery gasoline or napalm up to 30 feet. Despite its destructive capabilities, Throwflame emphasizes the robot’s non-lethal applications, such as wildfire control, agricultural management, and entertainment. Built on a Unitree Go2 chassis, the Thermonator boasts Lidar mapping, FPV navigation, and laser sighting. Ownership of the Thermonator requires a Federal Firearms License in some states due to its classification as a destructive device.
