GoNexus Group and Blue Diamond Resorts have partnered to implement the PH App (Planet Hollywood App) at the Planet Hollywood Hotel in Cancun, resulting in enhanced guest experiences, increased sales, and improved customer satisfaction. The app has been a resounding success, with four out of ten non-package income (NPI) sales now made through the app. The PH App offers a wide range of features, including digital restaurant reservations, in-app surveys, online pre-check-in, room pre-selection, spa treatment bookings, and exclusive beach dinner reservations, all accessible on iOS and Android platforms. The app utilizes Stay App technology, which won the Best Hotel Guest App at the 2023 Hotel Tech Awards. Blue Diamond Resorts plans to extend the app’s usage across all its properties to continue revolutionizing the all-inclusive experience and redefining the standard for hospitality excellence.
