Doha Metro and Lusail Tram have announced the launch of new routes for the M125 and M153 metrolink services, effective May 26, 2024. These updates aim to enhance convenience for commuters and support the growth of tourism in Qatar. The M125 route now extends to Al Thumama (East), providing greater access to this growing district. The M153 route operates from Legtaifiya metro station to cover Giardino Village and Floresta Gardens in Pearl Island, connecting some of the most popular and luxurious areas in Qatar. These new routes offer improved connectivity for tourists, travelers, and tourism businesses, making it easier to explore Qatar’s attractions and amenities. The expanded metrolink services also benefit airlines operating in Qatar by facilitating smoother travel for international visitors.
