On Spotify, ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ became the most streamed album in a single day in 2024, surpassing Beyoncé’s ‘Cowboy Carter.’ The album garnered over 300 million on-demand official streams in its first 24 hours, setting a new record for the streaming service. This is the first time an album has surpassed 300 million streams in a single day on Spotify.
