Leyden High School District 212 has appointed Dr. Julie Lam as the new principal of East Leyden High School, effective July 1, 2023. Dr. Lam brings a wealth of experience to the role, having served as Director of Student Learning at Oak Park-River Forest High School and held administrative positions in other school districts. She will transition into her new role under the guidance of outgoing Principal Dominic Manola until the official start date.
