Florida Woman Arrested for Spitting on Deputies, Possessing Hydrocodone

A 40-year-old Florida woman, Julia Jones, was arrested after being found highly intoxicated, spitting on deputies, banging her head on their patrol vehicle, and being in possession of hydrocodone. Jones initially struggled to stand upright and remain balanced, and when asked to step away from traffic, she became agitated and began screaming at the deputies. As another deputy attempted to read her her rights, Jones became belligerent and spat on them. After a search of her backpack revealed three pills containing acetaminophen and hydrocodone, Jones was arrested and charged with disorderly intoxication, battery on a law enforcement officer, and possession of hydrocodone. She was taken to the hospital for medical clearance, where she banged her head on the car before being taken to jail. Jones posted a $7,500 bond and was released.

He was intoxicated and failed to pay his £28 fare using an app on his phone. When the taxi driver decided to drive him to Merseyside Police headquarters, Carey became enraged and said, “I’m going to do you in. I’ve got a knife in my bag, you b*****d”. He then exited the cab and kicked it, causing £745 worth of damage to the wing mirror.
