Rail industry experts embarked on an LNER journey to experience a customer’s perspective and identify areas for improvement in performance, reliability, and safety. The cross-industry group identified over a dozen potential issues and worked collaboratively to develop solutions. This annual event, known as the Coffee Cup Run, allows key decision-makers to share plans, best practices, and ways to enhance performance.
