Approximately 200 students from 15 elementary schools in Waukegan Community Unit School District 60 have their artwork on display at the Waukegan Public Library as part of the annual Elementary School Art Exhibit. The exhibit, which features a variety of artwork from kindergarteners through fifth graders, provides students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity to the community beyond the walls of their schools. Teachers select the artwork from their students, and the students receive certificates of achievement.
