A 2-year-old child was found in critical condition after being submerged in a canal in Denair, California. The child was reported missing at 6 p.m. Monday, and was later found near the 4300 block of Swanson Road. Rescue crews performed CPR on the child, who was taken to a hospital for further treatment.
