Megan Thee Stallion Sued by Former Cameraman, Alleges Sexual Harassment and Hostile Work Environment

Former cameraman Emilio Garcia filed a lawsuit against hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion, accusing her of sexual harassment, fat-shaming, and creating a hostile work environment. The suit alleges that Garcia witnessed Megan Thee Stallion engage in sexual activity with a woman in a moving vehicle during a trip to Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022. Garcia claims that after the incident, Megan Thee Stallion threatened him not to discuss what he saw and subjected him to derogatory comments and mistreatment. The lawsuit also outlines alleged employment and wage violations, including misclassification as an independent contractor, denial of overtime pay, and lack of basic insurance coverage.
