Fortnite players can now opt to hide four controversial emotes that are often used to taunt other players. The emotes, which include “Laugh It Up”, “Take the L”, “Whipcrack”, and “Make it Plantain”, will still appear in the game but will be displayed as still images without music or animations. Players can choose to only see these emotes from friends or disable them entirely.

Pop star Billie Eilish is joining the lineup for Fortnite’s Festival rhythm game starting tomorrow, April 23. The announcement includes a new skin based on Eilish and her taking the Festival Main Stage. Previous collaborations with artists like Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga have included skins and songs added to the Festival mode, along with other cosmetics and songs available through the Festival-specific battle pass or in-game store.
