Deadly Storm Ravages Texas, Leaving Four Dead

An exceptionally strong storm has wreaked havoc in Texas, claiming the lives of at least four people. The storm brought heavy rain, falling trees, and a fallen crane to the state, causing widespread damage and flooding. Houston Mayor John Whitmire declared the city to be in recovery mode and urged residents to stay home as schools were closed on Friday. The storm, which hit Texas on Thursday afternoon, is expected to continue moving eastward, bringing the threat of flooding to Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
