Set in 16th-century Central Europe, the game introduces Elsa, a character with supernatural powers. The narrative revolves around witchcraft and features a chase sequence where Elsa transforms into a cat to escape soldiers. A new ‘Fear System’ mechanic, inspired by the ‘Jack the Ripper’ DLC in Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, is also said to be included.
