In a letter to Rosenberger’s lawyers, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio Kenneth Parker stated that ‘extremely unique facts and circumstances’ led him to determine that Rosenberger is no longer the subject or target of the investigation. Rosenberger expressed gratitude to his family and friends for their support and stated that he is relieved to be vindicated of all charges.
