FHRAI Hosts 41-Day Yoga Event in Goa Ahead of International Day of Yoga

The Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Ayush and the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), recently hosted a 41-day countdown event for the upcoming International Day of Yoga. The event, held at the Radisson Blu in Goa, was attended by renowned holistic health expert Dr. Mickey Mehta and Ms. Avantika Tokas Midha, Vice Chairperson of the Council of Royal Roots. The event focused on the theme ‘Yoga for Women Empowerment’ and emphasized the benefits of yoga for physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Yoga Mahotsav 2024: Empowering Women with Yoga

The festivities begin on May 11 with a gathering in Goa, followed by the main event on June 21, featuring yoga sessions, workshops, and discussions. FHRAI President Pradeep Shetty emphasizes yoga’s impact on women’s empowerment, fostering confidence and authenticity. This event highlights the role of yoga in overall well-being, inspiring a healthier lifestyle through yoga practices.

FHRAI Stakeholder’s Meet Catalyzes Partnerships, Policy Advocacy, and Tourism Boost in Jammu & Kashmir

Mr. Mushtaq Chaya, CMD of Mushtaq Group of Hotels and Chairman of the Hoteliers Club Srinagar, was awarded the Hospitality Excellence Award by FHRAI for his contributions to the hospitality industry.
