Two separate incidents in India, one in Bihar and the other in Uttar Pradesh, have resulted in several children and adults falling ill. In Bihar, 31 children were hospitalized after consuming filarial medicine administered during a school health campaign. Meanwhile, over 120 individuals in Uttar Pradesh were hospitalized due to food poisoning after consuming buckwheat flour during Janmashtami festivities. Authorities are investigating both incidents.
