SunPower Receives Nasdaq Notice Regarding Late Quarterly Report Filing

SunPower (NASDAQ: ) received a notice from Nasdaq indicating non-compliance with a listing rule due to the late filing of its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. The company must submit a plan to regain compliance by and Nasdaq may grant an extension of up to 180 calendar days from the due date of the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended , or until , for the company to regain compliance. SunPower is working diligently to finalize the filings and plans to file them as soon as practicable.

Their dominance has grown in recent years, with the Big 6 now overseeing 66% of Nifty 500 companies and 32.5% of all NSE-listed companies.
