A series of devastating fires have occurred in Delhi and Gujarat, resulting in numerous casualties and injuries. In Delhi, three individuals lost their lives and three others sustained injuries in a fire accident that engulfed a building in Krishna Nagar. Seven individuals were successfully rescued by the DFS unit. The exact cause of the fire remains under investigation. The incident marks the second fire accident in Delhi within 48 hours, following a massive fire in a children’s hospital that claimed seven newborn babies’ lives. In a separate incident in Gujarat’s Rajkot city, a fire swept through a crowded game zone, leading to the collapse of the building and the tragic loss of 27 lives. Gujarat’s Chief Minister has ordered an SIT probe into the matter, expressing determination to prevent such incidents in the future.
