Four Seasons Hotel Prague’s rooftop restaurant, MIRU, is set to reopen on May 24, 2024, with a new menu crafted by Japanese Chef Toshikazu Kato and Executive Chef Nicholas Trosien. The menu will feature dishes inspired by traditional Japanese methods combined with local elements, and guests can expect a four-senses experience with interactive elements. Head Bartender Silvie Carićová has also curated a selection of three exclusive cocktails to complement the dishes.
